1. Affiliation Eligibility & Mode

Trust, Society, Proprietorship, Private Ltd., and other eligible institutional entities can apply for affiliation with NCVTE through either online or offline mode.

2. Institutional Changes & Shifting

Any shifting of campus premises or change in the official name of the institution must be immediately intimated and approved via official email through the NCVTE Programme Office.

3. Course Mode & Standards

• The NCVTE courses offered in the institution must strictly be conducted as full-time courses.
• If the management wishes to run part-time courses, prior special permission must be formally obtained from the NCVTE Programme Office.
• Institutions running other Certificate, Diploma, or Degree courses must NOT award any certificate by merging the same with NCVTE certifications.

4. Restricted Words in Institute Name

The following titles or words are strictly NOT allowed to be used in the Name of the Institute:

• Community
• Community College
• Nursing
• Engineering
• Engineering Technology
• Vocational College
• ITI / ITC

6. Validity & Renewal of Affiliation

The validity of affiliation of a Training Center is for one year (1 Year) from the date of affiliation approval. The Training Center must apply for the renewal of affiliation at least one month in advance of the affiliation expiry date.
